Our Carriers are an integral part of the team at Wills Logistics and our close partnerships are why we are the best choice to handle your logistics and transport needs.
We partner only with qualified motor carriers who maintain satisfactory safety ratings. Among other things, our motor carriers must be in complete compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), an agency of the U.S. Department of Transportation charged with governing interstate commerce.
To begin registration as a certified carrier:
- Complete the information on the form provided. Be sure to provide your MC/MX No. or DOT No. Intrastate carriers without a DOT No. may provide an applicable state registration number.
- Supply your company contact information.
- Submit an electronic W9 (have your Tax ID. available).
- Complete the Carrier Profile.
- Read and ACCEPT the Agreement(s).
- Provide a Certificate of Insurance that meets the insurance minimum requirements below. Certificates must be submitted from your insurance agent. Wills Logistics llc. must be listed as the Certificate Holder with the address:
1623 Drakes Creek Rd, Hendersonville, TN 37075- $50,000 Cargo Coverage
- $1,000,000 General Liability
- $1,000,000 Motor Vehicle
- Workers comp coverage or attach waiver
- You will be required to provide the following:
- Operating Authority
- W-9
- Voided check, if you wish to receive payment via ACH deposit.
- Certificate of Insurance. Please see requirements above.
